Continue to press SET about 25 seconds until the chair rings and then the chairs moves automatically.

Now the chair is resetting the limit movement, and you can check if the seat and backrest move or not.

If the above problems still cannot be solved:

3.Component damage:Sensor

Turn off the power, after 5 minutes, turn on the power, then hear how many times the system control box rings.

If it rings keep blowing, and all function can’t use, or it rings 5 times/10 times/15 times, then the function possible to use. Then maybe the sensor of back has problem.

Only it rings less than 5 times, the sensor is no problem.

4.if backrest can’t move.

To swap plug connections of backrest and seat motor. Then, in order to check whether the seat moves (after replacement, the motor of backrest control the seat, while the motor of seat control the backrest), if the seat does not move, there is a problem with the backrest motor.

5.Program controller

After check sensor, and motor, then the fault caused by system control box.
